Refund policy

At GoodSaker, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or worn
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@goodsaker.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.


Return Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders.

If you choose to return an item for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect item, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and work to resolve it promptly.

  • Returned items must be in unused and original condition to qualify for a refund
  • Refunds may be declined if items do not meet return eligibility criteria
